We try to walk down in Lyme Regis every morning before breakfast (a practice that may come to an end once the winter weather sets in) – something we started doing at the beginning of lockdown when we were urged to stay close to home and away from our fellow humans, and which has become a habit since.
I was long struck by how different the coast looked every day with our changeable weather, and especially so in early September when three walks yielded three rather nice skies looking east along the Jurassic coast towards the sun.
