“Well, who isn’t?”, one might ask. Not only does it make eating meals less messy, but also gives the collector of unconsidered trifles (that’s me) an opportunity to add to my collection of odd jumble sale eating irons and washed up sea spoons!
So it was with some delight that I came across this sign on my walk from the car park to be vaccinated in Bridport. I had about 20 minutes to kill as my journey had been unexpectedly swift, so I wandered through the St Michael’s Trading Estate – currently a gloriously run-down area that will, I hope, soon be able to open again with its eclectic mix of art, craft and vintage workshops and galleries. I found lots of surfaces to attract the eye, some of which are featured below:
